Arrl Winter Field Day 2024 Rules. Winter field day is an outdoor event intended to demonstrate our emergency operating preparedness during winter conditions. This year, the dates are january 28 and 29.

The message must be transmitted during the field day period and a copy of it must be included in your submission, in standard arrl radiogram, or no credit will be given. This means operating off the grid with limited use.
